Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after your order has been fulfilled by Entharam. Please note that after fulfillment and dispatch, the order might take the next 5-7 days to reach you. This might leave you with a 2-3 days window to try the product and initiate a return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@entharam.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In case of a partial return, full price will be charged on the products kept and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. In case of sale items when a few items are bought together at a discounted price, the partial return will not be fully refunded. The customer would be charged a full price for the retained item as if it was bought without a sale discount, and the remaining amount from the total order would be paid back once the return has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
You can raise a request for exchanging the product on our site. We would help you in case of issues with the size and fit of the product or delivery of different product subject to approval.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via a payout link sent by email or SMS within 72 hours of us receiving the item in the right condition. The forward delivery expenses incurred would be deducted from the due refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
